2025 Centennial Lakes Community Association Pool Rules
Pool Access - RESIDENTS • Each member with an access card will need their card when accessing the pool • There will be periodic card checks throughout the day by the pool committee, staff, or board members • Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a card holder 18 years of age or older • Unaccompanied children 15 - 18 must have their own card • Proof of age and residency must be provided upon request • All residents must sign in their household and each guest at the east gate
Pool Access – GUESTS • Residents under 18 are not permitted to bring guests • Residents 18 or older may bring any younger siblings and up to 1 guest • Homeowners or primary/signatory tenants may bring up to 5 guests daily (in addition to household minors) • All residents must sign in their household and EACH guest at the east gate
POOL RULES • Residents are expected to abide by these rules and enforce them for their household and guests • Violations may result in a warning from the lifeguard staff, pool committee, property management or Board of Directors • Repeated or severe violations may result in IMMEDIATE EXPULSION FROM THE POOL, FINES, AND/OR SUSPENSION OF HOUSEHOLD AMENITIES PRIVILEGES • Residents who observe a violation are strongly encouraged to report it to the lifeguard staff, pool committee, property management, or the Board of Directors promptly, so that appropriate actions can be taken with the households involved. When making a report, please include the date and time the violation occurred.
1. No running in pool area
2. No swimming solo
3. Non-potty-trained children are required to wear swim diapers or rubber pants
4. Any person with infectious or contagious diseases, diarrheal illness, or open sores may not use the pool
5. Pool entrance through east gate only
6. Shower before entering pool
7. Only proper swimming attire is allowed in pool/pool area (no non-swim clothing, undergarments, revealing swimwear etc.)
8. No pets allowed inside the pool gates
9. Swim accessories may be used only in accordance with their design
10. No diving
11. Trash must be disposed of in proper containers
12. Patrons are expected to always conduct themselves in a safe and appropriate manner
13. The pool may not be exclusively reserved
14. No food within 5' of the pool edges
15. No drinks in the pool
16. No catching of slide participant at the bottom of the slide
17. No flotation devices allowed on the slide
18. No rough housing or fighting
19. No use of inappropriate language, including obscene, profane, lewd, vulgar, rude, disrespectful, threatening, or inflammatory language; harassment; personal attacks, including prejudicial or discriminatory slurs or attacks
20. No use of slide without lifeguard supervision 21. No use of balls not intended for pools within pool gates
21. No smoking of any type
23. No possession of glass inside pool gates
24. No pop-up tents/shade tents allowed on the pool deck
