Additional/Replacement Amenities Card
Select this option if you have already purchased your two original new homeowner master cards and need additional cards for other household members beyond the two primary homeowners OR if you are ordering replacement cards for previously purchased cards that have ben lost or damaged.
Please select the quantity of cards you are ordering, if you enter more cards at the checkout than you have ordered we will only print the amount on the list that are purchased. Children under 10 cannot have their own cards and should be listed in the minors section on any card for homeowners or 18 and up adults.
Please make sure you put the names of the people in the notes section of this order so we can link the order to the application when completed. Once you complete your order you will receive a confirmation email(if you do not please check your spam/junk folder) there will be a link to the application to complete the order process.
If cards are selected for minors under 15 and marked as 15 or above we may ask for proof of age or cancel the order. Due to insurance regulations and pool rules children under 15 may not be at the pool alone or supervised by anyone under the age of 18.
If you have not ordered and paid for your two original master cards then the order will be cancelled.
If you order a card for a replacement the original card will be deactivated and replaced with this new card number. Once changed we cannot re-activate the old card.
